Winky joined HL&B in January of 2021 with more than 20 years of public accounting experience, almost all of which was at BDO USA, LLP.  She has served both privately-owned and publicly held companies over the course of her career.

Winky’s experience includes audits of companies in the following industries: healthcare, oilfield service, manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profit. In addition, she has extensive experience with audits of benefit plans.

Winky obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from Houston Baptist University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In her time away from the office, Winky enjoys traveling with her husband and two children and spending time with family and friends.
