David Fenn, CPA
ASSURANCE DIRECTOR
David joined HL&B in August 2024 with 16 years of experience including 8 years of public accounting experience at BDO USA, LLP as well as another 8 years of financial reporting experience at publicly traded upstream and midstream oil and gas companies.
David obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.
In his time away from the office, David enjoys being outside with his wife and four children and spending time with family and friends.
